Please be aware that some flowers are seasonal and may not be available in all regions of Australia at all times. If we are out of a particular flower, a substitution will be made. All substitutions are made to look as similar to the original order as possible, and we will always let you know if and when we need to make any changes. Similarly, where sundry items selected (such as wine, chocolates, etc) are not available, a substitution will also be made. All of our substitutions are made of fresh and quality products of equal or greater value to your original order.
Our standard delivery fee of $11.95 guarantees delivery by 5pm to business address, and by 6pm to residential addresses. Same day delivery is guaranteed in most areas for orders made before 2pm on weekdays, and before 10 am on Saturdays.
Express and timed deliveries are also available at extra costs, and are guaranteed for the specific time-frame purchased.
Special events such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas may have different delivery times, and may also incur a surcharge.
Difficult to access delivery areas such as rural addresses, secure buildings, and cemeteries cannot be guaranteed, and if delivery can’t be made on the selected delivery day, it will be made on the next business day. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO boxes or Locked Bag addresses.
Additional delivery charges may apply for very remote areas or where a second attempt at delivery is required.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check their invoice for correct recipient details, and to ensure that the recipient will be present at the address at the time of delivery. If the recipient is not home, and we have the sender’s permission, we will leave deliveries at either the front or back door, or a specific location, if it is deemed safe by the courier. However, due to Australian law items that contain alcohol cannot be left unattended or with a person under the age of 18.
From time to time, and particularly for promotions, we refer to delivery/availability/eligibility within the Sydney Metro area. For our purposes, this is defined as an area bordered by the following: Palm Beach (Northern Beaches), Hornsby (North), Castle Hill (North West), Blacktown (West), Liverpool (South West), Sutherland (South).
You will receive an email confirming your order and containing your tax invoice once your order has been processed. This email will also include a reference code that you can quote if you need to contact us in regards to your order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the details of the order provided on the invoice to ensure they are correct and that there are no errors.
Varying or Cancelling an Order
Please advise of any cancellations or variations to your order as soon as possible. An additional fee may be incurred by variations or changes to your order made after your order has been processed. Your order can be cancelled at any time, although depending on the time of cancellation a delivery and wastage fee may apply.
Product and Service Issues
If there are any issues with your product or service, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss any problems with our friendly customer service team. Any concerns or enquiries made after two weeks will be addressed on an individual basis.
We guarantee that our flowers will last 3 to 4 days with the recommended care. Care instructions include watering with cold water that is changed every two days, cutting the stems of flowers at an angle before placing in a vase, and avoiding placing flowers in extreme temperatures and climates, such as near air-conditioning or heating units.
Flowers are a living product and are affected by individual environmental factors, and will vary in colour, shape, and size. For product quality issues, please provide us with photos of the flowers if possible so we can better understand and address your concern, and follow up with our quality control.
We accept payment either by PayPal, or with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club credit cards. A surcharge of 3.5% and 3% is applicable for payments made with American Express and Diners Club cards respectively.
When giving us your credit or debit card details you are confirming that you are authorised to use that card and that it has sufficient available funds to cover the costs of your order.
Our Customer Service Centre is located in Milton, Brisbane. Our local florists partners make and delivery our flowers!
VALENTINE’S DAY DELIVERIES
Tuesday 14th February 2017.
All deliveries for 13/02/17 and 14/02/17 are guaranteed to arrive by 5 pm to business address and by 7 pm to residential addresses. We do not offer timed deliveries on Valentine’s Day, and deliveries to rural addresses, secured buildings, or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed, and wherever possible will be delivered the following business day.
Attachments to Valentine’s Day related products are limited as the product needs to fit inside the presentation box and arrive safely. This includes but is not limited to vases, chocolates, alcohol, or soft toys.
No cancellations can be made for orders placed for delivery on either 13/02/17 or 14/02/17, or an administration charge of 50% of the total value of the order will be made. Please double check your invoice and all details at the time of ordering.
There will be a $5 surcharge for deliveries on Tuesday 14th February 2017.
By agreeing to "Leave at front door" this gives us permission to leave your entire purchased gift at the recipient's front door or in the requested area.
MOTHER’S DAY DELIVERIES
Sunday 8th May 2016.
We guarantee same day delivery by 6pm for all orders to metropolitan destinations placed before 2pm on Friday 6th May and 12pm on Saturday 7th May - based on the local time in the recipient’s time zone.
Orders for delivery on Sunday 8th May must be placed before 5pm on Saturday 7 May and are guaranteed to be delivered by 5pm on Sunday 8th May.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses, secured buildings or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
A surcharge of $5 will be charged for delivery on Sunday 8th May.
In areas where our couriers are unable to deliver on Sundays, but are able to deliver Monday-Saturday - orders will be delivered on Saturday to ensure your Mum receives flowers for Mother's Day.
Please make sure all order details are correct at time of ordering.
As of 5 pm (time in local delivery area) Friday 6 May 2016, we are unable to vary any orders for delivery on Saturday 7th May.
As of 5 pm (time in local delivery area) Saturday 7 May 2016, we are unable to vary any orders for delivery on Sunday, 8th May.
As of 5 pm (time in local delivery area) Friday 6 May 2016, we are unable to cancel any orders for delivery on Saturday 7th May and Mother's Day Sunday 8th May 2016.
