Please be aware that some flowers are seasonal and may not be available in all regions of Australia. A suitable substitution may then be made. Some orders will be filled to flower value where quantities cannot be matched by florists outside the Sydney Metro area. Where sundry items are selected (such as wine, chocolates, etc) and are not available, a substitution of equal or greater value will be made. Delivery cost is calculated separately. Ordering via website is for delivery within Australia only. For international deliveries please phone 1300 15 25 35. From time to time and particularly for promotions, we refer to delivery/availability/eligibility within the Sydney Metro area. For our purposes, this is defined as an area bordered by the following: Palm Beach (Northern Beaches), Hornsby (North), Castle Hill (North West), Blacktown (West), Liverpool (South West), Sutherland (South).
