Delivery
Our standard delivery charge is $13.50.
However, there are some areas within Australia which are not covered by our standard delivery charge (restricted areas). In these instances we will contact you and advise accordingly.
From time to time and particularly for promotions, we refer to delivery/availability/eligibility within the Sydney Metro area. For our purposes, this is defined as an area bordered by the following: Palm Beach (Northern Beaches), Hornsby (North), Castle Hill (North West), Blacktown (West), Liverpool (South West), Sutherland (South).
Ordering times
For delivery on the same day you are ordering, orders must be placed before 1.00pm weekdays & 10.00 am Saturdays (eastern standard time).
Delivery times
Weekday deliveries will be made to business addresses by 5.00pm and to residential addresses by 7.00pm.
Saturday deliveries will be made by 5.00pm
We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

What if no one is there?
If the recipient isn’t there when we arrive, the flowers will be left in a place deemed safe by the courier. This could be at the back of the house, around the side, outside the appartment door, or in the entrance lobby of the appartment block.....you get the idea.
It is only when the courier thinks it would be unsafe to leave your gift that the flowers will be returned to us. This is a last resort, because then a return delivery charge of $13.50 will apply.
